Chocolate Crackles
Ingredients
- 4 cups crispy rice cereal
- 1 cup vegetable shortening or margarine
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar, sifted
- 3 Tablespoons cocoa
Procedure
- Melt the shortening in a large saucepan over low heat or in a microwave oven.
- Add crispy rice cereal, confectioners' sugar, and cocoa to the saucepan.
- Spoon mixture into paper cupcake holders.
- Chill for 12 to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
