Coconut Custard
Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Procedure
- Beat eggs, sugar, coconut milk, and vanilla until frothy.
- Pour into ramekins (small baking cups).
- Place in a steamer over boiling water.
- Cover and cook about 20 minutes or until set. Chill.
